Warranty and complaints

Warranty conditions:

  1. The webshop guarantees that all products sold meet the required standards of quality and safety.

  2. The warranty period starts on the day of receipt of the product by the customer and depends on the type of product. For a period of two years after the date of purchase of the products, a warranty against any construction and/or material defects applies.

  3. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and defects that occur during the warranty period and that are not caused by misuse or accidents.

  4. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the customer can return the product to the webshop. The webshop will then repair or replace the product, depending on the problem.

  5. The costs of shipping for warranty claims are covered by the webshop.

  6. Warranty does not apply to parts that are subject to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, chainrings, freewheels, cassettes, bodies, cables and brake pads, unless there are construction and/or material defects.

Complaint procedure:

  1. If the customer has a complaint about a product or the service of the webshop, he can contact the customer service of the webshop by e-mail or telephone.

  2. The webshop will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and handle it.

  3. If the complaint cannot be resolved by customer service, the customer will be referred to the complaints department of the webshop.

  4. The complaints department will investigate the complaint and keep the customer informed of the progress of the investigation.

  5. If the complaint is justified, the webshop will offer a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement or refund of the product.

  6. The webshop will handle all complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and with respect for the rights of the customer.
