Delivery time: The delivery time of orders depends on the availability of the products and the shipping method. After placing the order, the parts are ordered directly from the supplier. After BrompTuning has received and checked the parts from the supplier, they are sent directly to the customer. The delivery time can be 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order, the shipping method and the destination. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. For orders above a certain amount, the shipping costs can be free.

Shipping methods: The webshop offers various shipping methods, such as regular mail, parcel service and courier service. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the order, the destination and the delivery time requested by the customer.

Shipping abroad: The webshop also ships to countries outside the Netherlands. The shipping costs and delivery time depend on the destination country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Packaging: Orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Track & Trace: Customers receive a Track & Trace code as soon as the order has been shipped. This allows the customer to track the order during transport.

Pick up: It is possible to pick up the order at the warehouse of the webshop. This can be indicated during the checkout process.

Delays: The webshop is not responsible for delays at the carrier or customs controls. In case of delays, the webshop will try to inform the customer as well as possible about the status of the order.
